I graduated from University of West Florida school of Music, with a Bachelor of Music Education degree.  After graduating, marrying and having two children, I became interested in the real estate field.  I worked several years in the mortgage banking and escrow divisions and was an escrow officer for WestStar Escrow and Chicago Title.   I have held  a State of California real estate license since 1997.  After leaving escrow to work in the family property management business, I became the office manager and helped grow the business.  In 2005 we incorporated and I continue to work as the President /CFO for the corporation. 

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, golf and reading.


Brad Wilson

A native of San Diego, I attended Tiffany Elementary, Bonita Jr. High and Bonita Sr. High. In 1997, I graduated from the College of Engineering at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. My first project out of college was the Arizona Diamondback Baseball Stadium in Phoenix, AZ with Perini Building Company.  From there I found myself in a hotel niche with several companies building high-rise hotels in Arizona, New Mexico, and back here in San Diego, California. My most notable hotel projects include the Marriot- Del Mar, CA; Embassy Suites-Scottsdale, AZ; Hotel Del Coronado, CA renovation

I was offered an opportunity with DRW in 2005 and decided to make a career change to Real Estate.  I received my Real Estate license that same year, while maintaining my contractor’s license current. I am active in our Real Estate community and was elected to the Real Estate Board of Directors for South Bay in 2010-2011, and I have maintained a position as Co-Chair of the Property Management Committee since then.

My education, experience and tenure in Construction Management, Property Management, and Real Estate Sales allow me to offer our clients a unique perspective on their investment, with value added modifications to increase your return on your investment and/or cash flow.  During my time, DRW has maintained a growing clientele in Property Management, increased Real Estate sales volume, while implementing new technologies to better serve our clients.

Rodd Wilson

In 1987, I graduated from Bonita Vista High School and maintain contact to this day with friends made during my time there. I went on to graduate from California State University-Fresno in 2001 from school of Social Studies, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminology-Law Enforcement. This began a 25 year career in retail Loss Prevention, culminating in a 16 year stint with the Department of the Navy protecting the benefits of the military member at the District management level for the Navy Exchange. Here I gained personnel management, human resources, financial operating, industrial safety and statistical/data analysis experience among other core competencies. During this time I married my wife of over 22 years and had 3 wonderful children.  My other joys are the occasional golf round and fishing.  I am excited to now be part of the legacy my parents began here at DRW Services Group, and I look forward to making new and valued partnerships.


Barbara Hahn

I entered real estate as a salesperson in 1979 and have continuously worked in San Diego county for  36 years. In 1993 I obtained my Brokers license. I have worked as a salesperson with Aloha Realty, Tarbell Realtors, Coldwell Banker and McMillin Real Estate and as Office Manager with Coldwell Banker and McMillin prior to coming to DRW Real Estate Group.  During my career, I am very proud to have been elected as President of Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors twice, Director to California Association of Realtors and also to National Association of Realtors.
I love to garden, read and travel and I have been blessed with an amazing husband who is a retired US Navy Master Chief. a beautiful family and 4 grandchildren.

I was an Art Major at SDSU and worked my way through school by working at a local bank. I became interested in Real Estate and bought my first home shortly after I married.  I attained my license 1991 and worked in many areas in the Real Estate industry which included Mortgage Lending, Marketing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, and Real Estate Agent.  I started working for DRW in 2011, currently a member of the Brad Wilson Team.  I believe in putting our clients first and helping them navigate through the home buying or selling process.  I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs! Dave Randazzo

I am a Chula Vista native; that’s right, take a good look, there aren’t that many of us around.  I graduated from Greg Rodgers Elementary School and Bonita Vista High School.  3 minutes after graduation I followed in my father’s footsteps and joined the United States Navy.  I served for 24 years as an Aviation Electronics Technician.  I loved every minute of it and I retired as a Chief Petty Officer in 1999. 

Since then I have worked as an appliance repair technician and as a handyman.  I joined DRW in 2014 where I work as Maintenance Coordinator and Field Representative. 

In 2011 I married my high school sweetheart.  We live a quiet life in Lemon Grove.  We love to go riding on our Harley Davidson (what other kind of motorcycle is there?)  We have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.  I love to read and go for quiet walks.

I joined DRW Services Group in November of 2016.  DRW is a company of values and great people that allow and support growth. I could not be more excited than to build a professional career surrounded by this amazing team.

I decided to pursue a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting because I wanted to learn the “language of business” while at the same time learn about running one. I have been developing my professional career for over 10 years now. I am proud to say that my experience extends from Economic Development specialist for our local government to accountant at a Fortune 500 company and now small business.

My goal at DRW is to help the company reach new and higher heights by applying the resources and tools that I have acquired in my professional life. I am currently working in the accounting department where I keep track of receivables, payables, bank reconciliations, and other property management tasks, as well as collaborating with management in business development strategies.

At DRW I can combine my passion for business and Real Estate. I received my Real Estate license in 2015. I am excited to work for a company that supports, trains and challenges each other to become better at what we do.

Cassie Beier, Administrative Assistant

After growing up in Cody, Wyoming, and San Diego, I made the decision to move back to Southern California to pursue a career in court reporting. While in the process of completing my education, DRW Services Group was recommended to me as an ideal place to enhance my administrative skills. In December of 2017, I was hired as Administrative Assistant for the company. In this position, my responsibilities include being the first “hello” for visitors, tenants, and owners and scheduling appointments, as well as performing various office duties.

Recently moving to Chula Vista affords me the opportunity to be closer to work and family. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and taking trips to the beach.
